Welcome to your alpine retreat! Nestled on the 4th floor of the luxury residence "Les Sapins," this 60 m² apartment, newly renovated in 2022, is a peaceful haven in one of the world’s most prestigious ski resorts.
Just steps from five-star hotels and the slopes, this apartment offers easy access to luxury boutiques, gourmet restaurants, and après-ski activities. The location is ideal for fully enjoying the magic of Courchevel 1850.
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 5 adults or 2 adults and 4 children. The master bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200 cm), while the second bedroom offers a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and two bunk beds suitable for children.
After a day on the slopes, relax in the modern living room around the functional fireplace, or enjoy a soothing soak in the spa bathtub in one of the two bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals, though the refined restaurants in the area will surely tempt you.

We had an amazing stay—easily a 5-star experience. The place was very clean, cozy, and truly felt like home from the moment we arrived. Great place to stay
The apartment was well-described. It was attractively furnished and comfortable (for two adults in separate rooms). The location was pretty terrific, and our host pointed us to a nearby ski shop (Skiset in the nearby Lana hotel) that was stupendous. Note that there are two downsides to the unit, both of which can be avoided. 1. When the address (25 Rue de Bellecote) is plugged into Google maps, Google maps displays the wrong location. To fix this problem, one needs to enter the name of the building (Residence Les Sapins Courchevel 1850). It would be helpful if the owner provides this informatio to future guests. 2. Also, the ski locker is pretty horrendous. It requires what felt like a treacherous trip down a staircase into a dundgen-like collection of rooms with no place to sit down. Howver, we moved our skis and boots to the nearby Skiset ski shop, which stored our equipment overnight and helped us with our boots before and after skiing each day.
