Cancellation Notice

Under Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (and Amendment 58), the following are your cancellation rights and how to exercise them.
Your right to cancel
Cancellation is permitted within 14 days of booking, provided at least 7 business days remain before check-in, subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction or ILS 100 (whichever is lower), per the Consumer Protection Law.
How to cancel
Submit a cancellation request via WhatsApp or email, stating your full name, reservation number and stay dates.
Once confirmed, your payment is refunded less the statutory cancellation fee (5% of the transaction or ILS 100, whichever is lower) within the period set by law.
Good to know
The right to cancel is subject to the law and to the specific policy of the rate plan chosen at booking. In any conflict, the Consumer Protection Law prevails.
