Flexible Hosts We stayed in this apartment for 10 days in May 2026. The hosts were responsive before arrival and flexible when we had to cancel and rebook due to the regional conflict. Beautiful Apartment The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. The large outdoor deck is a real pleasure. Check-In and Communication The main issue was parking access. We provided the rental car license plate before arrival, but it was not clear that it had to be entered into the building system in advance to access the garage. Apparently it was not entered in time, and after a long day of travel we could not reach anyone immediately, so we relied on another resident to let us in. Communication is online. While the hosts were often responsive, direct communication, if possible, would have helped with check-in or maintenance. When we reached a manager, he was helpful and resolved things. Overall Impression This is a lovely apartment, and we enjoyed our stay.

Surprised that this beautiful apartment was available during the time that I was in Tel Aviv, I could say that I lucked out! The location was perfect for my needs. We all know that Florentine is undergoing massive changes and that the neighborhood has a lot of character. But this was a relatively new building, with easy access. The bedrooms were beautiful, and the views were wonderful. Okay, so you have that big Neve Tzedek tower. We can deal with that. You have the Sea, and Yaffo, and pretty much the rest of Tel Aviv right before you. I loved being next to Neve Tzedek, walking to the Charles Clore Park and the Shuk in the space of minutes. The best part of this apartment is the spacious deck. You will probably not find anything like it in all of Tel Aviv. Quite huge, you can seat many people there. The kitchen is lovely and everything was perfect. I wish I could have stayed longer. I thought that it was well worth it. Give yourself a treat. It was great on Shabbat as well.
