The space
Welcome to our exquisite 3-bedroom duplex penthouse located at Frishman St 9, on the 5th floor with elevator access. This expansive 180sqm apartment boasts a large fully equipped American kitchen, ideal for cooking up delicious meals together. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom for added convenience. The second bedroom also offers a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while the third bedroom is furnished with a cozy queen-size bed. Additionally, there are two toilets, one in the master bedroom and another independent one. The living room is spacious and open, leading out to a beautiful terrace where you can unwind and soak in the views. Please note, there is construction work in Frishman Street, which may cause some noise disturbances.

THE WORST airbnb experience I've ever had. DO NOT RENT FROM Holy Guest . They were dishonest in representing this apartment. Nothing in the apartment was prepared for a stay. No hot water for the first three days of our stay. The place was so filthy from construction dust everywhere. Door handles were broken to the bathroom causing us to get locked in. Nearly none of the light fixtures were functional. The blinds were broken throughout. The outdoor furniture on the terraces were coated in construction filth, bird poop and paint splatter. The freezer was broken. Unauthorized people parking in our space. Icing on the cake was waking up to find people working on our terrace in the morning without any warning that people would be accessing the apartment. Eventually their construction work prevented us from using the outdoor space. Holy guest was not responsive. They never answered a single phone call. They did respond via text but too late.

We first pulled up the the place at 4 AM my heart dropped, there is no way a building like this can exist in the USA with all the health codes & regulations, the building was just in such a dire condition unpleasant condition. When we entered in the place was pretty nice, nice art, updated and a two floor place. Relatively clean, a little here and there that should have been cleaner. Such as the mold in the showers. The communication was fine, he showed up 2days later to explain things we couldn’t figure out. washer/dryer situation was ridiculous. You had to go through the balcony, down the back and it was in an outdoor shed. WiFi was strong & AC which so great since we were there in the unbearable summer heat. location was nice, right by the beach and the heart of the fun area. Listen it’s Tel Aviv no matter where u stay, it’s going to be congested &dirty The parking was also a nightmare, so difficult, there was no choice but the scratch the car. All in all I can’t stay here again.
