Great location right in the heart of Tel-Aviv. The apartment was well maintained (seemed like the building was relatively recently renovated) and had everything we needed. The apartment had a great balcony that we used on some of the sunny nice weather days. When we had an issue (the hot water heater did not work and we discovered this after a long day at 11pm) - they were quick to respond to our text, and the next day someone was out to repair it.
