Our stay in this Tel Aviv apartment came with its challenges. When we arrived, it was raining, and there was a significant leak that left water pooling on the living room floor. Shortly after, the power went out because the hot water heater overloaded the system. We also had problems with the balcony door—not locking initially, and later it wouldn’t even open. The parking spot was another issue—it was so tight it could only fit a motorcycle, not even a compact car. On the positive side, the apartment was spacious, fairly accessible, and the hosts were very responsive to all our concerns. They worked quickly to address the issues, so hopefully, most of them are now resolved. The apartment itself is a bit dated, but with some updates and fixes, it could be a better option for future stays.
The hot tub did not work. We asked them multiple times to fix it and it was not fixed. We specifically chose this Airbnb for the hot tub! Additionally, in one of the showers there was no hot water at all. And the washer/dryer didn’t work
The apartment is in an amazing location (close to beach & Carmel market) and in a quiet building. Plenty of room for our group of 8. The outdoor space was a huge plus and views of Tel Aviv & the water from the roof are amazing! Features & amenities of the apartment were as described. Beds were comfortable and linens & towels were clean and plentiful for our group. There were a few maintenance items that arose during the stay but the host was very communicative and the issues were resolved promptly.
