Bright 3BR with Balcony in Dizengoff by HolyGuest

The apartment is newly renovated, clean and well stocked in a great location. The building common areas - lobby, elevator, stairs, and landing, are filthy and in kind of shocking disrepair. There is no memad or safe room in the apartment. The landlord told me there is one in the basement but I didn’t have a chance to check on it. The basement btw is only accessible by elevator which is not good in an attack. My main complaint is the landlord charges 250 shekels for late checkout. At a time when most airbnbs in Tel Aviv are empty and it’s highly unlikely they have back to back renters that is just aggressive behavior when we only needed one more hour to stay in the apartment ie checkout at noon not 11. I have never experienced that with an Airbnb in Israel and I travel there 1-2 x per year. So I won’t be staying here again.

Great Appartement and very handy location close to beach and restaurants. Only draw back is the foyer/staircase/corridors leading to the apartment is filthy and run down looks like something from a horror movie. Also I don’t know if this happens every week but there was very loud music from 11pm-8am Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights all night, which made it impossible to sleep.

The apartment was great - 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which was great for my family. Location was really good, right on Dizingof and close to coffee shops and restaurants. We unfortunately were there during the war, and there was a possibility that we would not be able to leave on time. HolyGuest were very responsive to our question about extending our stay, which I appreciated.

This was a great apartment. We were 5 adults, and finding a place with 3 bedrooms (for adults and not kid beds) was not easy. It also has 2 bathrooms, not always available in these apartments. The location was perfect - in the center of Tel-Aviv, with lots of restaurants and bars around, and easy access to public transportation. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with.
