Great stay in this apartment. Will be back for sure. Beds were comfortable, apartment is spacious and the balcony is bliss. My only suggestion is to have xtra bed sheets, pillow cases and blankets. Also, there wasn’t any salt or pepper or olive oil. We ended up buying those items and towels for beach. Other than that it’s excellent.
Overall the apartment is lovely and well taken care of. The location is excellent and walkable to beach, cafes restaurants etc. Management on the other hand is very slow, difficult to deal with and failed to resolve issues. No hot water on first night, main blinds in living room never worked so glass walls always fully open to neighbours, safe didn’t work, and we were misled about parking being included. Responses from management are slow and frustrating. It’s a large management company with no real desire to address problems. They ignore texts or push things off to some service tech who does nothing. Very inflexible on check out and wanted to charge huge fees for a couple of hours early check in. So beautiful apartment but you’re on your own if anything goes wrong.
We stayed here for 10 days in January 2024. The accommodations were very good and the building is well located, especially for the price. HolyGuest was extremely responsive to our requests, including for early and late checkouts and a few minor issues that came up during our stay (ex. Lightbulb out).
