Bright 2BR Apartment in Amsterdam st by HolyGuest

This was a terrific apartment, a great location, and was accurately presented in the listing. We had a few, not serious, problems during our stay which should be addressed for future guests. We asked for information about early check-in, received a reply that we would be notified two days prior to arrival, but we were never notified. Upon check in we found damage to fabric blinds which we were therefore reluctant to open, and the combination provided for a safe in the apartment was incorrect so we could not use it. We reported both to HolyGuest who responded quickly that they'd send someone to inspect/correct the problems but never did. Finally, the television reception was spotty, excellent in the morning but intermittent in the evenings when we returned to the apartment. This required frequent communication with HolyGuest.

Living in this apartment was a very unfortunate experience. We needed a two-bedroom apartment, as a result, one of the bedrooms actually had no sleeping space. There was a small hard sofa where you could only sit but not sleep, and there was no lighting at all in this room. There were no blinds or curtains in the other bedroom, so from 6 a.m. you could only sleep with a mask on. The apartment was very dirty, no one washed the floor at all before our arrival. It is very noisy from the large grocery store, which is located on the 1st floor of the house and from the construction sites that are nearby. We tried to change the apartment, but the agency responded only after 2 days, they wrote that they could not help in any way.

Very comfortable apartment, loved the big windows and space in general.

The apartment is located in a very good neighbourhood, not far from the beach , near supermarkets and coffee shops. The apartment is very spacious and practical. The host is very responsive.
