Good to know: the elevator is reaching half floor above/under the apartment so need to use the stairs to reach the apartment door

Calm and nice apt in a very old building with a lift plus 10 stairs to climb. The centers of the real TLV city life, close to the sea by foot. It lacks linens and kitchen staff. When we ask for 2 extra blankets because we were 4 people in 2 queen beds, it was refused, then I insist and they brought one, 4 days later! Except that, good apt, good beds, possible to darken the 2 bedrooms.
I had a wonderful stay all the amenities that one would need it was absolutely perfect!
We had several issues which we reported of which some were addressed but not the main issue of a broken couch which was not addressed until the day we left, literally as we were leaving. Re the couch, we went into the Holy Guest office to report it, but nothing was done during our stay. There was also a very damp smell which actually clung to our clothes in the wardrobes. On this occasion we felt very let down, I Holy Guest but on a previous occasion when we rented a different apartment in Tel Aviv we were very satisfied.
Lovely apartment in perfect location: 5 mins from the beach near cross of Ben Gurion blvd and Dizengoff. Everything available including kitchen equipment, many towels, pillows, winter blankets, heaters - all of this gives the ability to stay in comfort even in cold and wet season. The host satisfied our wishes. Thanks for that.
