Reviews
Even though we requested a baby crib in advance and reminded them again on the day of arrival, it was not there when we arrived and only showed up late at night. We also explicitly asked for a baby chair, which was promised and said to be “handled.” I reminded them three times, yet it never arrived before we checked out. There was no apology and no offer of compensation. This is not acceptable for the price we payed.
Great place to stay, I would recommend
We booked this place after a previous host cancelled. I will say it is smaller in person. It’s in a great location lots of restaurants and the beach a few blocks away. Only downside was we booked this place because it Said 1.5 bathroom. Where I’m from that means there is usually a half Bathroom with just a toilet. It’s actually just one toilet and one bathroom. The sink where the toilet was did not work at all. Other than that it was a pretty good place. It was a very noisy street which we didn’t mind at all.
O apartamento esta muito bem localizado em uma área de bares e restaurante, próximo a praia. O apartamento confere com o anunciado. Gostamos bastante e em uma próxima estadia estará em nossa lista de prioridade. Encontramos o ambiente limpo e a comunicação com a HolyGuest ocorreu de forma rápida e tranquila.
