Very disappointing experience. We booked this apartment during a time of war specifically because it had a Mamad (safe room), and the price was extremely high given the circumstances, yet the hosts showed zero flexibility and enforced a strict minimum stay. The building itself is dirty and poorly maintained, and the environment was extremely noisy. Many residents regularly threw loud late-night parties, shouting from balconies and ignoring requests to keep the noise down. At one point we even had to call the police. The apartment also failed to deliver: the WiFi barely worked when the bedroom door was closed, the shower head was broken, and the electricity tripped multiple times. We paid a premium expecting peace and quiet during a stressful time and unfortunately experienced the opposite. Would not recommend.
Looks just like the photos. The deck is really nice with multiple places to sit, read, eat. The Kitchen was fully outfitted for basic cooking, spices and cutting boards with a big fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The bed and pillows were very firm. Great AC and washer and dryer right in the apartment. Comfortable couches inside and a kitchen table and chairs bigger than needed. The couches convert to beds if needed - which could make it very cozy. The apartment felt fine with 1 couple staying and another visiting for meals occasionally- it could be very tight with more than 2 adults staying there. The building is new and essentially 2 blocks to the beach and maybe 4 or 5 to the Shuk, 1 block to the grocery store and walking distance to so many restaurants and bars. A good 1.2 mile ~ 20 minutes walk down the beach to the delights of Jaffa. Taxi’s (via the Gett app) had no problem finding the location. HolyGuest was easy to communicate with/.
The apartment was perfect for us. It was clean and comfortable. We felt at home. We were close to the Tayelet, close to the shuk, our favorite cafes on Pinsker, Bogroshov and Dizingof. The amenities were great, too! Washer/dryer, Nespresso maker, etc. I would definitely stay again. Thank you!
The flat was really nice and it really felt like home to us for 2 weeks. Its all like in the photos, so altough its being expensive, we felt it was worth it as the flat had everything you need of accessories to have the all the comforts you want when you come home at the end of the day. 5min to the beach and 2 to public transportation, a couple of supermarkeds nearby, and its really a Great place at a Great location.
