Notre séjour dans cet appartement à Tel Aviv a malheureusement commencé par une très mauvaise surprise. L’annonce mentionnait clairement la présence d’un parking, et nous avions même reçu avant notre arrivée des instructions détaillées concernant le stationnement, ce qui avait naturellement conforté notre choix de réservation. À notre arrivée, l’agence nous a finalement informés qu’aucune place de parking privée n’était incluse et qu’il fallait en réalité utiliser des parkings publics payants. Cette information, communiquée seulement après la réservation, nous a placés dans une situation compliquée, d’autant plus que le stationnement à Tel Aviv peut être particulièrement coûteux. Nous avons eu le sentiment d’avoir été induits en erreur sur un élément important de notre réservation. Expérience décevante et manque de fiabilité de la part de l’agence.
